Meet Isabella
Isabella is a self-taught pastry chef with over 40 years of experience in the food industry. After moving to the United States from Italy at a young age, she was raised in a home where food was the heart of family life and tradition. From early childhood, kitchens became her classroom, and food—her lifelong passion. Surrounded by the aromas of freshly baked bread and simmering sauces, Isabella absorbed the culinary wisdom passed down through generations.
